課程概述 |
本課程將進一步引領學生學習如何使用導演語言的元素，並引領學生瞭解劇場導演創作一齣戲的整個流程，從排練前的導演準備功課到排練期間導演必須負責的工作事項，包括劇本挑選、演員甄選、劇本分析、導演詮釋及創作構想等，學生最主要將學習如何分析劇本從而對劇本做出個人的詮釋以及如何具體落實導演創作理念的手法等。 |

課程目標 |
修習本課程的導演學生，將以Patrick Marber's Closer作為演練文本，除了學習並瞭解如何從導演的角度進行文本分析的方法與步驟外，必將進一步學習如何型塑與體現自身導演的創作構想(director's approaches)。 |

課程要求 |
限修畢過導演(一)以及舞台設計(一)或燈光設計(一)或服裝設計(一)者，且須具有大量閱讀英文資料能力者。欲修課同學必須參與第一堂上課的甄選，甄選通過者，始得取得上課資格。
無故缺課兩次者，該科以F計；上課遲到或請假以兩次為上限，遲到一次扣學期成積的等第一級，超過三次(含)則以F計。
